Furniture Pickup

We request that all furniture donations be coordinated through our furniture hotline. Please follow the process outlined below.

Pickup Process:

  1. Call the hotline number provided.

  2. You will be prompted to text photos of the furniture to that number.

  3. We will contact you within 24 hours to inform you if and when we can accept the donation.

 Furniture Pickup FAQs

  • We schedule furniture pickups twice a month, on Saturdays.

  • We offer pickups in the following areas:: Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Carol Stream, Winfield, West Chicago, and North Naperville.

  • Please kindly note that we are not a moving company. So for pickup, furniture should be located on the 1st floor or in the garage, with no stairs involved.

    For loose items, please ensure they are packaged in boxes before the truck arrives.

  • We appreciate furniture from non-smoking households and rugs that are free of stains.
