THE STARS RESALE SHOP

Just South of College Church on Front Street you'll find an unlikely trove of treasures where you'll encounter great finds at great prices. Our resale shop features clothing, furniture, kitchen supplies, toys, home decor, craft supplies, electronics, jewelry, shoes and a variety of other items. We've recently moved into a new building with plenty of space to browse at your leisure. 100% of our proceeds stay right here in Wheaton, supporting Stars Family Services; a disability ministry of College Church.

Our new, expanded space is at 303 East Front Street in the heart of downtown Wheaton (the old Toms Price building).

How do I donate items?

You can drop off your items at our location in Wheaton (303 E. Front Street). We have a donation bin just inside the entrance of our shop.

What items should I donate?

We welcome a variety of donations: clothing, shoes, furniture, books, kitchen supplies, decor, jewelry, toys, sporting goods, electronics, etc. We appreciate working and clean items.

When can I donate?

We accept your donations:

Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Sunday : Closed

Do you offer items on consignment?

Because we are a ministry-based business, we do not offer a consignment option, however we value and appreciate all donations and will provide a tax receipt for any contributions.

What if I buy furniture but cannot take it immediately?

We used to adhere to a cash + carry policy, but with the new furniture room, we realize that is not always feasible. We now offer a window for you to pick up your item once it has been paid for. Our space is limited so our hope is that you can pick up the item the next day or within 48 hours. Ask about local delivery. All we ask is that you leave us your name and number!

Can I get a refund on a purchase?

We currently do not offer refunds or store credit on previously purchased items. We test electronics before putting them out and we have dressing rooms available for trying on clothes.
